WELCOME to the moonbase of LA LUNE NOIRE
Welcome to the website of the band "La Lune Noire". La Lune Noire (The Black Moon) are a band based in Dordrecht, Holland. They create their music in their studio "De Muziekkamer".
La Lune Noire like to create new songs with an Electro / Wave / EBM / Synthpop sound. We write the music, the lyrics, record it in the digital studio, mix it, shoot video for it, edit and produce the videoclip, program and design the website and CD's and all other creative stuff.
La Luna Noire are
The bandmembers of La Lune Noire are Victor and Sven. We both have our specialtys. Victor writes lyrics and music, plays the synth and guitar and is the main vocalist. Sven plays or programs the drums and does all the work in Cubase, like mixing and mastering.
Vix is influenced by New Wave and Electro bands like Gary Numan and Front 242, nevS is influenced by Synth performers like Jean Michel Jarre, Klaus Schulze and Kraftwerk.

On the 30th of January we released our second album "Exster" at "Winterborn II Festival" at "Baroeg" (Rotterdam)! The album contains songs that tell about relationships, fears, fairs and changes in the society. Click here to buy our CD "Exster". You could head over to iTunes and find us there as well. On the 27th of November 2009 we released our first album "Nitrogen" at "De Popcentrale" (Dordrecht). The album was created after a year of misfortune for lead singer Victor. Both his parents died, a friend committed suicide and he was diagnosed cancer. Now came the time to live our dreams instead of dreaming our lives.
